Chicken and Black Bean Chili


Chicken and Black Bean Chili
Serves 6

2 Chicken Breasts-boiled and chopped
1 Can Fire Roasted Tomatoes
1 Can Tomato Sauce
1 Can Black Beans
1 Can Hominy or Corn
1 1/2 Cup Chicken Broth-more if you want it to be soupy
2 Tbsp Chili Powder
1 Tbsp Cumin
1 tsp Paprika
1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
1/4 tsp Cayenne-optional

Combine all ingredients, except chicken, in a sauce pot and simmer for 20 minutes. Add chicken and simmer and additional 20 minutes. Enjoy!
