Orange BBQ Chicken with Grilled Corn and Green Bean Salad

I'm back. It has been awhile and I do not have many recipes to add. My hubby was out of town all weekend so I did not do much cooking. I did host a bridal shower and if any of you are interested in finger foods let me know and I will post the recipes that I served at the shower. I did make dinner tonight, however I only made hard shell turkey tacos out of the box....it was what Brian requested and you can't beat an easy dinner. Vanley and I were gone all day visiting with Auntie Kim and Pop Pop. Man for just about 90, that man is kickin'...he was listening to his XM radio, the 40's channel, when we arrived. I know Vanley does not understand who he is, but I am so happy that I will have the memory to share with him one day. Now on to the recipes. The Biggest Loser finale is on tonight and I want to head downstairs with my glass of wine..hehe, and watch it. Oh and I am going to work on putting the recipes in categories. I just haven't had time to sit down and figure it out...again if you are familiar with blogging, I am open to suggestions.

Orange BBQ Chicken

3 Chicken Breast
1/2 Cup BBQ Sauce
Zest and Juice of 1 Orange
1 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce

Mix all wet ingredients in a bowl and add chicken. Grill, brushing the chicken with the sauce.

Green Bean and Grilled Corn Salad

1 lb Fresh Green Beans-blanched
2 Ears of Corn-grilled
1/2 Cup Red Bell Pepper-diced
2 Tbsp Spicy Brown Mustard
1 Tbsp Honey
3 Tbsp White Wine Vinegar
1/4 Cup Olive Oil-give or take
Pinch Salt and Pepper

Bring a pot of water to boil and add green beans. Cook for about 7-10 minutes, drain and run cold water over them. Season corn with salt, pepper and a drizzle of olive oil. Grill for about 5-10 minutes on medium heat. With your knife remove the kernels from the cob. Add the green beans, corn and red pepper to a bowl. In a separate bowl mix together mustard, honey, vinegar, salt and pepper; slowly drizzle in olive oil while whisking. Pour over green beans. Chill and serve.
