Greek Burgers

Greek Burger that can be garnished a few different ways. We always use English muffins as our buns...they are less fat and calories. Use what you like. I spread a store bought garlic hummus on each side, tossed a little arugula in a store bought balsamic vinegar and then added the burger...it was sooo good. Hope you enjoy!


Greek Burgers
Makes 4 Large or 5 Medium

1lb Ground Meat-I used half turkey/ half pork...ground lamb or chicken are options
1/4 Cup Sundried Tomatoes-chopped
1 Garlic Clove-chopped
1/4 Cup Kalamata Olives-pitted, chopped
2 Tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
Zest of 1 Lemon
1 Tbsp Mint

Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Make patties and grill on medium heat.

Spread Options: Hummus, Cucumber Yogurt Sauce, or Feta and Yogurt
