Linguine Agilo e Olio with Shrimp
This is by far one of my favorite pasta dishes. If you love garlic, you will love this dish!
Linguine Agilo e Olio with Shrimp
Serves 4-6
1lb Shrimp-peeled and vein removed
1/4 Cup Olive Oil
6-8 Garlic Cloves-chopped
1 Lemon-juiced
1/4 tsp Crushed Red Pepper(optional)
1/2 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Pepper
1lb Linguine-cooked
Cook pasta and set aside. Heat saute pan over medium heat, add olive oil and garlic. Cook garlic for about 7 minutes, you do not want garlic to get too brown. Add shrimp and cook until they are pink, about 10 minutes. Season with salt, pepper and crushed red pepper. Add pasta and lemon juice. Toss together and serve!
