Chicken Stir fry with Bok Choy and Green Beans
Yes, another stir fry. We love Asian food and I find that stir fry is an easy , tasty meal....and you can put just about anything in them.
Chicken Stir fry with Bok Choy and Green Beans
Serves 4
2 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast-large diced
1 Tbsp Ginger-chopped
1 Tsp Olive Oil
1/4 tsp Sesame Oil
1/4 Cup Green Onion-chopped
1 Head Bok Choy-chopped
1 1/2 Cups Green Beans-slightly blanched
1 Tbsp Soy Sauce
2 Tbsp Hoisin Sauce
Juice from 1 Lime
Large squirt of Sracahi-optional
Toasted Sesame Seeds-garnish
Salt and Pepper to taste
Heat a wok or large saute pan on medium high heat. Add oils and ginger, cooking until ginger becomes aromatic and golden. Add chicken and cook for 7-10 minutes. Add bok choy, and green beans and let bok choy cook down. Add soy sauce, hoisin sauce, lime and sracahi. Cook for 5 minutes, taste and season with salt and pepper. Remove from heat and add green onions. Serve over jasmine rice. Sprinkle with sesame seeds. Enjoy!
